Unless stated differently in the auction details above, all our equipment is used, and off of a lease return. We do not know the history of use on the item, or for how long it was used.  All equipment comes into our facility and is audited and tested by our technicians.

We have two locations, one in NJ and one in AZ.  Please keep in mind we are not a retail store, we are a lease return warehouse and items are stored in such an environment. We do not have any type of facility in which a customer can stop in and browse our inventory.

Shipping:

Unless otherwise stated in auction description (for freight items), all of our items are shipped via FEDEX (NJ items) and UPS Ground (AZ items). 

ALL shipping charges are customers responsibility (unless Free Shipping is offered), and nothing is shipped until payment in full is received.

We only ship within the 48 contiguous United States at the shipping rate stated in auction. NO PO BOXES.

For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, please email zip code and we will provide shipping quote, those rates are higher than published shipping rate.

For Canadian buyers, we will ship only if you provide a FEDEX or UPS account and all charges are billed to you directly.

We do not ship via USPS.

We WILL ship on a customers FEDEX, UPS or DHL account with proper verification.

CWI is not responsible for any delay in shipping carrier response time.
Please refer to the appropriate shipping company for their estimation on delivery.
Any delays are not our responsibility.

Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt of payment, during normal business hours which are Monday - Friday from 9AM - 4:30PM - Eastern Standard Time.

Tracking information will be emailed to you either same day or next business day after shipment is sent. If you do not receive an email with this information, please check your email program as you may have it blocked or going to bulk mail folder.

Insurance:

CWI is not responsible for lost, misdirected mail or damaged goods that occur in shipping if no additional insurance is purchased. 

All items leave our facility in the exact condition as stated in auction and displayed in photos.

Please be sure to purchase shipping insurance if you want to be covered.

Should you choose to decline shipping insurance you accept full responsibility for all damages or losses incurred in the shipping process.

We do allow customers to pick up their merchandise locally to save on shipping fees, however there will be a $10 handling charge regardless. 

Local pick up customers must have completed the checkout process on eBay and prepay in full prior to pick up, and be available to pick up their item during business hours, no weekends.. All customer pick ups must be phoned in and verified to our eBay Staff.  Please make sure your item is in the location local to you, as we have two locations.

At auction end, bidder will receive an automated email from eBay that will include total. 

Checkout is expected within 3 days of auction close and payment is required in full within 10 days of auction end. Unpaid auctions will be forfeited after 10 days and a Non-Paying Bidder Alert will be filed.

ONLY IF YOU HAVE A POSITIVE FEEDBACK RATING OF 20 OR MORE.
We do not have on-line credit card processing so you must call in your card number to us.
We do not take credit cards for any amount over $1,000.

For all payments, please be sure to reference the item number and your Ebay user id.  Please use the eBay checkout so we know the method of payment you will be making.

PLEASE NOTE: NJ Residents will be charged 6% NJ State Sales Tax and AZ Residents will be charge 9.3% AZ State Sales Tax.

Unless otherwise stated in the item description, all of the equipment we sell has been tested and is guaranteed with a DOA warranty.  That means that it will be in working condition when you receive it.  We do not offer (from CWI) any extended warranty or service agreements.

Our warranty does not cover items that have been tampered with or altered in any way including shipping damage occurring in transit back to our facility.

SquareTrade does offer a warranty on our items, but this is done strictly through them. Look for the SquareTrade logo in this auction, and click that icon to follow a link for their offer and what is covered. Please contact them for any questions on this.

Please remember that CWI sells items in various condition, from brand new and factory sealed to severely damaged and parts only. Please make sure you always read the condition of each item prior to bidding.

In the event that CWI is missing or looses the auction item, the customer will be fully refunded for that item including all shipping costs.

Here at CWI we are very careful and take pride in our merchandise and customers, but if for any reason you receive an incorrect item, we will accept it back for a full refund. In order to receive this refund, the customer must contact us for an RMA number and mail the item back in the same condition it was received. All claims must be made within 7 days in writing via email to cwi_1@gocwi.com.

If you receive a defective item, you must contact us immediately in writing at cwi_1@gocwi.com.  We will repair the item (if applicable), replace the item (if possible), or refund your money at our discretion.  You must contact us in writing to cwi_1@gocwi.com to obtain an RMA number, and return the item to us before the item is replaced, repaired, or refunded.  All shipping charges back to our facility for defective items are the buyer’s responsibility.  Replacement items will be shipped at no charge and customer MUST contact us for an RMA number.

We are not responsible for damaged items from shipping if no insurance was purchased. Damaged shipped goods claims must be filed with appropriate shipping carrier.
