Please remember that CWI sells items in various conditions, from brand new and factory sealed (off-lease) to severely damaged and parts only.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ALWAYS READ THE CONDITION OF THE ITEM PRIOR TO BIDDING!!

MISSING ITEMS:

  Here at CWI we are very careful and take pride in our merchandise and our customers. We have two large warehouses and ship hundreds of items
  daily. In the event CWI is missing or looses an auction item while it has been listed and the advertised auction item cannot be shipped, the
  customer will be fully refunded for that item including all shipping costs.

  In the event we ship you an incorrect item not matching the auction description, we will accept it back for a full refund including original shipping
  costs. 
In order to receive this refund, the customer must contact us for an RMA number and mail the item back in the same condition it was
  shipped.  All claims must be made within 7 days, in writing, via email to cwi_1@gocwi.com.


DEFECTIVE / DOA (Dead On Arrival):

  If you receive a defective item, you must contact us immediately, in writing at cwi_1@gocwi.com.  We will repair (if applicable), replace the item
  (if possible) or refund your purchase price minus shipping at our discretion. 
You MUST contact us in writing to cwi_1@gocwi.com ASAP.
  You will be issued an RMA number provided that the defective parts are still within the warranty period. Shipping expense back to CWI is
  customer responsibility – we will not give our shipping account number for RMA returns. You must return the item within 10 business days from
  the date the RMA number is issued.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:

  It is the responsibility of the customer to choose whether or not they want shipping insurance. We take great care in shipping and packing.
  CWI is not responsible for lost, misdirected or damaged goods that occur in shipping.  If you receive a damaged shipment, please file a damage
  claim with the appropriate shipping carrier.
 
CUSTOMER ERROR / CHANGE OF MIND:

  If you win an auction in error, or change your mind or realize you bid and won an item that is not compatible with your equipment, CWI is not
  responsible. It is the responsibility of the buyer to read and do their research prior to bidding.  

  If you must return the item, wrong parts or items ordered can be returned and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  The customer must contact
  us for an RMA number and mail the item back in the same condition it was shipped.  All claims must be made within 7 days, in writing, via email
  to renee@gocwi.com.  If we determine that the RMA item has been tampered with, the customer will be subject to any/all repair charges and the
  RMA will be void if it cannot be repaired.
ANY AND ALL items purchased incorrectly must be shipped back at the customers expense and no
  refunds will be issued for any shipping, and the 20% restocking fee will be deducted from refund.


 
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Instructions:

  No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.  If you send back any item without an RMA number you may not end up receiving any refund.
  All RMA numbers must be requested in writing to cwi_1@gocwi.com within 7 days of receipt of shipment.
  Please include auction number, customer name and address as well as description of problem.
