and is guaranteed with a DOA warranty. That means that it will
be in working condition when you receive it. We do not offer
(from CWI) any extended warranty or service agreements. Our warranty does not cover items that have been tampered with or altered in any way including shipping damage occurring in transit back to our facility. SquareTrade does offer a warranty on our items, but this is done strictly through them.
