A: We do not require that you schedule your delivery in advance, provided you arrive at our facility during business hours. You may contact the following to schedule a delivery:

A: All facilities are equipped with street level and trailer height docks and can accommodate tractor trailers of all sizes.

A: You may contact the warehouse manager to confirm receipt of your shipment.

A: Yes, during business hours we accept all types of deliveries.

A: You will find proper packaging instructions from FedEx on their website. You can click here for detailed instructions.

A: You may be charged if your equipment arrives after the due date. However, you will need to contact the lease company to determine what, if any, charges apply.

A: Our CWI team can assist you with pack and ship services. Go to our contact us page to request information.

Sales FAQ’s

A: Our PCs ship with an embedded Product Key in the BIOS for Windows.
There are no Operating System (OS) installation disks included and Windows is not pre-installed.

A: The original version of macOS comes pre-installed on all Apple equipment. OS updates to the latest version may be available and are the customer’s responsibility.

A: We appreciate your interest in our products. Any fair market offer will be forwarded to management for consideration.

A: Yes, we do! We offer local pick-up at all our locations.
Pick-up is available from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM M-F.
Pick-up for our Arizona warehouse is 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
We require pre-payment and we do not accept cash or checks.

A: Wire Transfer, ACH, Behalf, Paypal and all major credit cards.

A: Tracking is emailed out daily at the close of business. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to scan and update acceptance of your package.

A: You can contact one of our responsive sales associates here.

A: Currently we only ship orders to the contiguous 48 states of the USA.
For international orders please reach out to our wholesale team for assistance.

A: The condition of our inventory is sold in grades ranging from A/B/C/D. Grade descriptions we include on sales information and emails.

A: Our standard warranty on most items is 30 days. Extended warranties are available on eBay through Square Trade. Occasionally, there is no warranty. The item is sold “as-is” and that information is noted on the listing.
