What are the hours of Operation?

Our New Jersey facility is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., local time.
Our Arizona facility is open from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., local time.

May I schedule a delivery?

Yes, you may schedule a delivery… however, scheduling is not necessary. As long as you arrive during normal business hours, someone will be here to assist you.

Does your facility have a loading dock?

Our Arizona facility has two trailer-height docks and one street-level bay door.

Our New Jersey facility has three trailer-height docks and one street-level bay door.

Has CWI received my equipment?

Please be sure to record the tracking number for your shipment so that you will have a proof of delivery. You should also keep a record of all the serial numbers for the units that were returned to us. We can track each asset by the serial number after it is received. Feel free to call us about any returns to verify receipt of items.

May I drop off my equipment personally?

Yes. Please be sure to bring your lease return notification paperwork so that we can properly identify the equipment and notify the appropriate leasing company.

How do I package my equipment properly?

Do I have to use original packaging (box, packing material etc.)?

No. However, you must use packaging that will adequately protect the assets while in transit to our facility. Shipping damage will be your responsibility and you will receive a bill for damages.

My lease says my equipment is due there by tomorrow, but I won’t be able to get it there until a later date… will I be charged?

You must contact the leasing company to negotiate terms for late returns. We do not have any authority to negotiate terms. There may be additional charges if equipment is returned late.

If I don’t return some of my equipment how much will I be charged?

You will be charged either the dollar amount of the buyout for each item or the FMV of each item if the buyout amount cannot be determined.

Do you have a company that you recommend we use for packing/shipping our equipment?

For smaller shipments, UPS, FedEx, or DHL are recommended. For larger shipments, we recommend you use a common carrier.
