Return Merchandise Authorization
Prior to returning equipment to CWI you must first obtain an RMA number. You can contact your sales (link to sales team or contact page) representative directly or complete the form below to the best of your ability and submit it to CWI and we review your request and respond within one business day. We do permit return of items that were ordered in error however they will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price.
