Addressing COVID-19

Valued Clients,

The health and safety of our employees, customers, and service providers remain our top priority. We continue to update our operational safety plans as per the CDC guidelines to help mitigate the spread of the virus. These updates include the deployment of PPE for our technical and warehouse staff, sanitation and cleaning solution for incoming packages and work areas, as well as measures to promote social distancing and monitoring of employees’ health. Finally, our administrative and sales staff will continue to work remotely as per stay-at-home orders from our local state governments.

According to the guidelines of the Department of Homeland Security, information technology is considered part of the Essential Critical Infrastructure for the COVID–19 health crisis.  As a result, we have been permitted to operate as an essential business in New Jersey, Georgia and Arizona.  All 3 locations are open during normal business hours and continue to receive and process equipment as per our service level agreements.

Provided that our workforce remains healthy and the regulations continue to support our operations, we do not expect an interruption of service.  We will inform you immediately if anything changes that might impact our service to you.
