Brian Lalancette

Brian joined CWI in the Fall of 2016 after spending a decade at a multi-billion-dollar VAR handling Asset Recovery Services. He has spent more than 15 years working in the ITAD industry, contributing extensive knowledge on the lifecycle of IT assets. As Asset Recovery Program Manager, Brian fulfills multiple roles at CWI ranging from delivering successful and profitable projects, account management, business development, and logistics planning and completion. Brian graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Rutgers University.

Joe Gaffney

Joseph is a graduate of Richard Stockton University in New Jersey with 20 years of professional sales and account management experience. Joseph joined CWI in 2013 and has helped build CWI’s Business Development department from the ground up. Joseph utilizes his extensive knowledge of the market, superb interpersonal skills, and industry expertise to directly acquire IT equipment from Value Added Resellers, Leasing Companies, Corporate End Users, and others. Joseph’s mission is to continue finding and adding new long-term business partners to help maximize the residual value of decommissioned/used/off-lease IT equipment.

John Baudo

John Baudo is a graduate of Ohio State University and joined CWI in 2017, contributing over 30 years of professional sales and account management experience.  As a Business Development Manager, John has helped CWI achieve tremendous growth in IT asset volumes, resulting in a 30% increase in annual revenues. John’s mission is to develop profitable, long-term business relationships and mutually beneficial revenue opportunities by helping prospects and clients achieve their goals of efficiently, responsibly, and securely maximizing the value recovery of retired and off-lease assets.
